Chesapeake Landscape Materials was Neil & Wayne’s first investment as partners. CLM turns natural products into other natural products, reducing waste and offering cost efficiency for mulch, sand and other landscaping products.

Using newly-upgraded equipment at a 30-acre facility, CLM recycles wood on-site to produce our bulk mulch, and uses all-natural water-based vegetable dyes for black and brown mulch serving both commercial & residential customers. Under Wayne’s and Neil’s leadership, CLM has transformed its operations, increased production capacity and experienced exponential growth.
